Agenda
1- Introduction: A quick recap of Continuous Discovery principles.
2- Work in small groups (3 people per group) - Using a template made by yeita.fr:
a. Analyzing solutions from the Opportunity Solution Tree using a use case I’ve prepared.
b. Categorizing solutions into knowns, unknowns, and risks to create a confidence score.
c. KPIs for Success: Identifying metrics to measure the success of each hypothesis or solution.
d. Prioritization: Evaluating solutions based on gathered information & Deciding next steps: ready to go, needs more discovery, or defer for later
e. Brainstorming on how to create collaborative ceremonies to refine the Opportunity Solution Tree.
3- Group Presentations: Teams present their findings and prioritization decisions.
4- Debate/Brainstorming: An open discussion on results to drive further insights.
